K9 Poop Squad provides residential pet waste removal services, including one-time cleanups, recurring weekly or twice-weekly service, and optional add-on services such as pet-safe sanitizing.

2. Service Access & Yard Conditions

By scheduling service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your yard on scheduled service days, including:

  • Unlocked gates or clear access instructions
  • Pets secured indoors during service
  • Removal of hazards such as aggressive animals, broken glass, or unsafe conditions

If a yard is inaccessible or unsafe, service may be skipped and may still be charged.

3. Pet Safety

We use pet-safe practices; however, K9 Poop Squad is not responsible for illness, injury, or incidents related to pre-existing yard conditions, wildlife, or hazards outside our control.

4. Recurring Service & Billing

Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are due according to your selected billing schedule
  • Missed services due to weather or access issues will be handled at our discretion
  • Referral credits are issued only after the referred customer completes their first month of recurring service

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations & Pauses

You may cancel or pause service at any time with reasonable notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged
  • No long-term contracts are required

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. Our goal is reliable, quality service every visit.

7. SMS & Communication Policy

By submitting any form on this website, you consent to receive communications from K9 Poop Squad via phone call, text message, or email, including messages sent using automated technology.

Communications may include:

  • Quote responses
  • Service reminders
  • Account-related notifications
  • Occasional promotions

Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 2 messages per month.
No purchase is required.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or END to any message.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your information will never be sold.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K9 Poop Squad’s total liability for any claim related to our services or website shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent service.

We are not liable for:

  • Lawn or landscaping damage not caused by negligence
  • Irrigation systems, gates, or fencing damage unless directly caused by us
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
